My story

I had a "high-demand" baby. No one told me what that meant.

My daughter arrived with a personality far bigger than her tiny body. She cried more, slept less, and needed more of everything than I'd ever expected. I read every book. I tried every technique. Nothing seemed to work — and I started to wonder if I was failing her.

When she was two and a half, I started training with the NHS. For the first time, someone gave me a framework that made sense of who my daughter actually was, rather than who the books said she should be.

"I started this work because I needed it. Seven years later, I do it because I've seen what changes when parents feel truly supported."

Our daily life changed. Tantrums became conversations. Bedtime became calm. I stopped feeling like I was failing. That experience — of going from overwhelmed to genuinely confident — is what I bring to every family I work with.

Why the under-3s?

The first three years are the most intense — and the most misunderstood. Most parenting resources are built for children who can talk, reason, and negotiate. But babies and toddlers operate completely differently. They're pre-verbal, emotionally raw, and changing faster than any other period of life.

The patterns you build in these years matter. The attachment you form, the routines you set, the way you respond to big emotions — these become the foundation everything else is built on. Getting the right support early isn't a luxury; it's one of the most impactful things you can do.

Why online?

Because a parent of a baby or toddler doesn't have time to travel. Online coaching means you can join a session from your kitchen, with your child playing nearby, in your actual home environment. Research consistently shows it's just as effective — and for most families, more convenient.

Why multilingual?

London is one of the most international cities in the world. Many of the parents I work with are raising children in a language that isn't their mother tongue — and parenting in your second or third language adds a layer of difficulty nobody talks about. I offer sessions in English, French and Spanish, and we can mix languages within a session if that feels more natural.

How I work

Three things that make this different.

Every session is shaped by the same three principles.

01

No judgement, ever

Parents come to me exhausted and often feeling like they're failing. The first thing I offer is a space where you can say exactly what's happening without being judged. You're not doing this wrong — you just haven't been shown how yet.

02

Practical, not theoretical

I could explain the neuroscience of toddler tantrums for an hour — but what you need is what to say at 6pm when dinner is on the floor and your toddler is screaming. Everything I teach is immediately applicable.

03

Built around your child

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Your child is a specific person with specific needs. The plan I build with you is based on your child's age, temperament, and your family's situation — not a generic script.

Multilingual sessions

Parenting feels different in your mother tongue.

Many of the families I work with are raising children in London in a language that isn't their first. I offer sessions in three languages — and we can mix them within a session if that's more natural for you.
