If any of this is your 3am reality, you're in the right place.
Most parenting advice was built for older children. The under-3s are a different world — pre-verbal, fast-changing, exhausting. Good support meets you exactly there.
Bedtime, naps & 4am wake-ups
You've read the books. Still rocking or feeding more than planned — not sure how to change it without "cry it out."
Tantrums you can't outsmart
The supermarket meltdown. The 30-minute sock negotiation. You're losing patience — then losing yourself.
Doubting every single decision
Should I respond? Should I wait? The mental load is relentless — and Google is making it worse.
You and your partner don't agree
Small parenting differences are starting to feel like big relationship cracks.
Calm, practical — applicable tonight.
No lectures. No judgement. No 12-week curriculum on top of everything else. Real strategies, for your real child. All sessions online via video call.
Free 20-minute call
We talk about what's hardest and whether I'm the right fit. No pressure — in English, French or Spanish.
Your tailored plan
A clear plan built around your child's age, your family and your goals. Two or three things that will actually move the needle.
Sessions + ongoing support
All online via video call. WhatsApp me between sessions. Most parents notice real shifts within two weeks.
I had a "high-demand" baby. Then I learned how to understand her.
My daughter cried more, slept less, and had stronger opinions than I ever imagined. I started training with the NHS when she was two and a half — and our daily life genuinely changed. Tantrums became conversations. Bedtime became calm.
Seven years and hundreds of London families later, I know exactly what works in the under-3 years.

"I genuinely didn't think it was possible."
"We'd been in a bedtime battle for six months. After our first session with Camille, we had a plan. Two weeks later our daughter was going down in 20 minutes without a single tear. I genuinely didn't think it was possible."
"I was sceptical about online coaching — I thought I needed someone in the room with me. I was completely wrong. Camille gave me more practical tools in 60 minutes than I'd found in two years of reading."
"My husband and I had completely different approaches to our son's tantrums and it was causing real tension between us. The Partner Session gave us a shared language. We've stopped contradicting each other and Leo has noticed."
"Camille speaks French and it made such a difference. Explaining what my child was going through felt so much more natural in my mother tongue. She understood our situation completely."
"I booked the SOS call in a moment of desperation at 8pm. By 9pm I had a clear plan. That call alone was worth everything."
"I cannot believe how much Andres and I have grown and changed. My very first mum-and-baby activity — and I'm so glad I signed up. I will forever cherish the memories from our course."

Questions parents actually ask.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and practical. We're not exploring your childhood — we're building a calmer, more confident week ahead. If I ever feel therapy would serve you better, I'll say so honestly.
Is online coaching as effective as in person?
Yes — and for most families, more convenient. Research consistently shows video coaching is just as effective as face-to-face. You join from your own home with your child nearby, no babysitter or travel needed. The vast majority of my clients work with me entirely online and see exactly the same results.
What actually happens on the free 20-minute call?
I'll ask a few simple questions about what's feeling hardest and about your child's age and situation. There's no script, no assessment, and genuinely no sales pitch. At the end I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help, and which session would be the best fit. You are not committing to anything by booking it.
My baby is four months old. Too early?
Honestly, it's the best time. The patterns you set in the first year are the ones you'll be grateful for — or carefully unwinding — at age two. New-parent coaching is some of the most impactful work I do.
Do I need to come with my partner?
Not at all. About half my clients come solo, half as a couple. Many find it easiest to start alone and bring their partner in once there's a clear direction to share. The Partner Session is specifically for couples who want to tackle disagreements together from the start.
Really — English, French and Spanish?
Really. I work fluently across all three, which matters enormously when you're parenting in a language that isn't your mother tongue. We can even mix languages within a session if that's more natural for you.
What if it doesn't feel right for us?
If after the first paid session you don't feel this is the right fit, I'll refund it in full. No awkwardness, no questions asked.
Any questions? Just ask.
